Broccoli Romanesco- brassica oleracea (Annual)
Beautiful lime green florets with a tender and subtle flavour.
Garden Planting:
Sow in punnets and transplant at about 10cm high or sow direct, 1.5 cm deep. Space about 50cm. Liquid fertilise to speed up growing and water regularly.
Pot Planting:
Unsuitable for pots.
Harvest Time:
Ready for harvest in 4 months when a tight head has formed. Always pick before spears flower.
