Cabbage Early Jersey Wakefield - brassica oleracea (Annual)
A old variety with a sweet, nut flavour, good for cooking and salads.
Garden Planting:
Sown in punnets or direct 1.5cm deep, 50cm width. If sown direct add a few seeds to each planting hole and thin to strongest seedling. Sow continuously and keep ground weed free and moist.
Pot Planting:
Unsuitable for pots.
Harvest Time:
Taking approx. 10 weeks to mature, pick when head is firm.
