Capsicum Californian Wonder - Annuum. Solanaceae
Bell shaped fruit 'Californian Wonder' crops well over a long period. Green when immature turning a glorious red at maturity. Both stages can be eaten.
Garden Planting:
Capsicums require heat to start and seed is best raised indoors. Regular water and fertiliser as they grow. Plant approx. 50cm apart.
Pot Planting:
Great in pots as the bush is so decorative. Keep soil moist.
Harvest Time:
Pick off with scissors and harvest regularly to prolong cropping. Pick either green or wait 2 to 3 weeks for red capsicums.
