How do I purchase succulent plant cuttings and products from Succulent Delights?
You can purchase safely through Pay Pal by using your mastercard, visa or bank account.
What is Pay Pal ?
Pay Pal enables anyone with an email account & a credit card to purchase online without sharing financial information with the seller. It protects both the seller and the purchaser.
I am not a Pay Pal member, can I still make a payment?
Yes you can -
After you have finalised you "Shopping Cart" purchases, click the "Proceed to checkout" button in Pay Pal, and simply enter your billing information & credit card details through the "Secure Pay Pal" prompt. Then select "review order" and follow the prompt for payment receipt. This transaction will then be managed entirely by Pal Pal's "Secure Network".
At the end of the payment you will be given the option to create an account. If you do not wish to do so, simply decline. Your payment will be processed as a normal credit card transaction.
Registered Pay Pal members will have the benefit of faster check outs & the option to pay directly from your bank account.

How big are the succulent plant cuttings and what types do I receive?
The size of the succulent cuttings and offsets will be relative to the size of the succulent mature plant. Some will be small, some large and others will have roots (offsets) in which you can plant straight into the garden.
There will be ground covers, shrubs and accent (focal) plants included in this mix.
How are the Succulent Plant Cuttings made?
The succulent plant cuttings are cut or as the case of offsets dug fresh on the day of posting from our site of mature succulent plants.
How long after placing my order will my purchase be shipped?
Payments are cleared automatically if paying via credit card or bank account through pay pal. Succulent cuttings, hardware or books will be posted within 2 business days of payment. Please note if payment is made by E Cheque through pay pal your order will be delayed by up to 7 days.
Seeds will be posted same business day upon receipt of cleared payment.
How will my purchase be delivered?
All products are sent via Australia Post regular service.

What is your refund policy?
Upon opening the package if they are order is not to your complete satisfaction please contact us immediately at info@succulentdelights.com.au and return parcel promptly. We will refund the total cost of purchase, return post and buyers expense. We cannot guarantee Australia Post delivery so if you have had problems with post ask for registered delivery. ($3 more).
We cannot guarantee your plants after they have been potted as we don't know your level of skill or growing conditions. Succulents are however the easiest plants to grow and we will always be available to you to answer your queries.

I am not in Australia, can I still buy your products?
Succulent cuttings & seeds are not available to Western Australia, Tasmania or Overseas customers due to Plant Quarantine regulations. If you mistakenly make a purchase from these areas you will be refunded as soon as possible.
You may however purchase products from our Books & Hardware pages for Western Australia and Tasmania customers. Overseas customers please email us at info@succulentdelights.com.au for a delivery quote.
