Snow Pea Snap- pisum sativum (Annual)
Used in Asian cooking and salads. Tasty straight from the bush!
Garden Planting:
Sow in single rows, 5cm deep x 5cm wide. Grow in shelterd position, free draining soil. Water around base of plants and support on trellis.
Pot Planting:
Snow peas can be grown in large pots with a trellis,, keep soil weed free.
Harvest Time:
Pick every few days to ensure continuous cropping. Pick before peas develop.
