Cool season crop, fast growing. High in iron, vitamin a and c.
Garden Planting:
Sow late summer through to winter. Sow direct 1.5cm deep, 15cm apart. Sow a few seeds per planting hole and thin to strongest seedling.
Pot Planting:
Spinach loves deep pots, keep weed free.
Harvest Time:
Spinach will be ready in 7 weeks. Cut outer leaves first, leaving middle leaves for plants to regrow. Best used fresh.
